Federal Funding - Federal Government Grants and Assistance: " $50,000 to open a coffee house

It seems that there is always some For Profit Company effectively operating as middleman between the person who really needs the cash to open a retail business and the "supposedly free flowing money" available to help bolster a failing company using money from US federal or state sources!
This needs to be changed, because generally these companies take advantage of the "would be entrepreneur" only hurting him financially by taking his money, rather than helping him.
